Our team of development officers are supporting service providers in the care of people with PSP and CBD.
In addition to their professional expertise, several of the team bring personal experience of supporting family members with PSP.
Their focus is to:
- Raise awareness of PSP and CBD amongst health and welfare professionals.
- Arrange teaching sessions, events and exhibitions to raise awareness of PSP and the work of The PSP Association.
- Provide information to help families find good local support.
- Encourage local service providers to give excellent support for people with PSP and CBD.
Working on your behalf
Our team of Development Officers busily work behind the scenes to ensure that local services work well. They arrange study days, events and teaching sessions for professionals and will contact the health and social care professionals that subscribers to the Association tell us about to ensure they are aware of PSP and CBD.
Over the next few years we hope to recruit additional Development Officers.
